Over the years I’ve had an opportunity to do what I love the most – connecting with people! I believe people matter and each story is important to me. I spend time getting to know you, learning about your hopes and dreams, and helping you to find a place the perfect place to call home. Each home is not just an address on paper. It’s a part of a bigger story, your story. I’m deeply invested in each person I have the opportunity to serve, and I work hard to get you top-notch results and provide exceptional service each step of the way.

Our Clients...
Here's the my story and experience with Joe Realty. In 2021, I talked my parents into selling their house. The market was heating up and they were in dire need of downsizing from their 3,400 sq. ft home that they've lived in since 2002. The decision wasn't easy for them to make, but it had to be done. I was officially placed in charge of the project. Completely lost, I did what most people would do... ask their friends for advice! A close friend of mine Eric suggested we visit his trusted friend/realtor Joseph Gretsch with Urban Nest... the rest is history. At first our meet and orientation with Joe, my family were treated like V.I.P. guests. My parents felt in good hands with Joe. His professional and easy going demeanor reassured us he was realtor for us. He's super personable and has a great sense of humor AND NO, we didn't choose him just because he has an amazing beard! The next couple of weeks consisted of back and forth conversations between Joe and me about house showings, offers, paper work, and e-signing things. Whenever I had questions or concerns Joe had answers or professional advice. He definitely knew his stuff. Whenever there was setback Joe always stayed composed, never complained, and always properly reassured us. The best part of working with Joe was it felt like we were taken care of with our best interest in mind, not just realtors. To make a long story short, Joe was able to get our house sold sooner than we expected and at the target price we originally aimed at. I'd recommend Joe Realty to anyone that wants the same A++ care that my family received. He even came out to Mom's birthday party! When me and the wifey downsize in the future, we're going to Joe baby! Did I forget to mention the beard?... Like Whoa...
